Protect your device and playlist details

Keep credentials private and use the official app and secure VINAM services.

Treat source URLs as secrets

Playlist links can include a username and password. Do not publish them, include them in screenshots or paste them into third-party diagnostic websites. The same applies to device keys, QR tokens and administrator credentials.

VINAM-owned service traffic uses HTTPS. A third-party HTTP playlist sends its traffic without TLS; local encryption cannot secure that network connection. Use HTTPS when the source supports it without changing the credential values.

Get help safely

Use the VINAM support page. Include the app version, device model, the action that failed and sanitized error text. Do not send passwords or full private URLs.
