Are channels included?
No. VINAM PLAYER is a media player and playlist manager. Supply content you own or are authorized to access.
Why hasn’t my playlist changed?
Keep the Android app open and select Sync. Check the configuration revision in the portal. A saved configuration does not mean the provider source is reachable.
Why is playback buffering?
Check your network connection and source availability. Try another authorized stream. Codec support, source bandwidth, and device hardware affect playback.
Why is the guide empty?
The source must supply XMLTV programme data with matching channel IDs. Missing or mismatched programme data does not prevent channel playback.
Why did my key stop working?
Your device key is a permanent six-digit number for this app installation. Keep it private. Repeated incorrect attempts temporarily lock pairing for 15 minutes. Reinstalling or clearing app data creates a new device identity.
Does activation include IPTV service?
No. Activation licenses only VINAM PLAYER. Your content subscription is separate.
