VINAM PLAYER terms.
VINAM provides the player software and its device-management service. By using VINAM PLAYER, you agree to use the service for content you are authorized to access.
Media player only
VINAM does not sell IPTV subscriptions or supply third-party live TV channels, movies, series or playlists. Player activation grants access to the software, not to a content provider’s service. Any original demonstration clips included with VINAM are examples of the player interface.
Content and copyright
You provide your own playlist and are responsible for having permission to access its content. Copyrights and other content rights belong to their respective owners. VINAM does not acquire or transfer rights to third-party content. Do not use the player to infringe rights, share stolen credentials, bypass DRM or evade a provider’s access restrictions.
Free launch year
New registered devices begin with a seven-day trial. During the free launch offer, a device may claim one 365-day activation using an email address. The offer is limited to one claim per registered VINAM device MAC, without payment details or automatic renewal. The activation starts when claimed. Existing longer or lifetime activations are not shortened. This offer does not include a provider subscription. Future plans may change, while an activation already granted keeps its recorded expiry unless revoked for abuse.
Your device and account
Keep your permanent device key, QR sign-in link, administrator credentials and playlist PINs private. A QR code grants access to its device’s playlist manager while valid. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data may create a different installation identity. Contact support before removing an installation with an active license.
Sources and compatibility
Playlist loading, descriptions, EPG and catch-up depend on your provider. Catch-up requires a supported archive, and availability is limited by its recording window. Codecs, resolution and playback performance depend on your device, network and source. VINAM does not guarantee that every source or device is compatible.
Seller credits
A funded seller account uses one credit for a one-year activation or two credits for lifetime activation. Credits are account units for player activations, not IPTV subscriptions. Authorized administrators manage balances and seller permissions. The free launch-year claim does not spend seller credits.

Use the Support page to contact VINAM about playback, account access or content-rights concerns. We may update these terms to reflect product changes. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that apply to you.
