Activation and renewal
Separate VINAM player access from the service supplied by your content provider.
Check the two expiry dates
VINAM’s player activation and your provider’s playlist subscription are different. Activating VINAM does not buy, extend or unlock a third-party channel service. Where supplied, provider expiry is shown separately.
New devices start with a seven-day trial. During the current launch offer, eligible registered devices can claim one free 365-day player activation using an email address. It is once per registered device MAC, with no payment details or automatic renewal.
Keep an existing installation
Use Account to check the player’s current status and your authorized provider for playlist renewal. A suspended device should contact its provider or administrator.
A temporary service failure is not proof that your subscription expired. Retry your connection and keep the existing app data. Reinstalling or clearing storage is not an account-recovery method; contact support before replacing a device.
